Q: What is your standard lead-time for samples?
A: Our standard lead-time for samples is 2 weeks. Of course if we have samples available on stock we can send them the same day of receipt of order.

Q: What is your standard lead-time for formal orders?
A: 4-6 weeks for Econoline and Innoline products.
For certain Powerline products up to 7 weeks.

Q: Are your products EN- and UL-certified?
A: Yes, we have an ISO 9001 approval and our products are EN- and UL-certified.

Q: Is it possible to order custom specials such as modified DC/DC-Converters and how long would be the lead-time for those devices?
A: Yes, you can order custom fitted DC/DC-Converters. The lead-time for those modified devices will be approx. 4 weeks. Please note that modifications require a MOQ depending on the serie the Converter is built on. Our Sales-Team can give you further informations.
